Your income comes first so in stats you are showed that how much you've earned today, how much you've earned this week and how much total in this entire month.
Without seeing the stats, it is hard to know that how many pending ads or events are there that needs approval by admin. It also goes for the image posting feature.
Tells you how many numbers of ads or events are pending email verification and can go into the page filtered ads list directly to delete all pending posts that are unverified.
The statistic tells you how many ads or events were posted today and also how many only images were posted. Clicking on it will take you to today's posted ads or events list page directly.
